MEDIATION FEES
2 Hour Rocket Docket – $400.00 per party
Half-Day 3-hour Session – $600.00 per party
Full-Day 6-hour Session – $1200.00 per party

Mediation Fees: $400 per party for a Two-Hour Mediation session; $600 per party for Half-Day (3 hour) Mediation session & $1,200 per party for a Full-Day (6 hour) Mediation session. Should the mediation run over the allotted time, (and as time permits) additional mediator’s fees are billed out at $200 per party, per hour.
Payment of the mediation fee is due prior to the start of mediation. Please make checks payable to “James Twombly, P.C.” My taxpayer identification number is 20-2385767. My W-9 is included with the mediation packet and available upon request.
Cancellations/Rescheduling. Should either party need to cancel and/or reschedule a mediation, please do so at least three (3) business days prior to the date of the scheduled mediation in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within three (3) business days of the scheduled mediation are subject to a cancellation charge of one-half the total mediation fee, charged to the party who necessitated the cancelation (regardless of the reason).
